How to debone your game using the no gut method

De-boning the the big game carcass, or to bone out the meat is a faster way to remove the meat without taking the bones with you. It is a good choice when you have a very long and heavy pack out. This process is the easiest way to pack out big game animals out of the field. Extremely helpful for backpack hunting and bivauc hunting. This method proves efficient even for moose and elk hunts. One of the bonuses is, you do not have to gut the animal. One negative factor is that you end up leaving a small amount of rib meat between the rib bones using this method.
