Here is my “Elk, Moose, Deer” roast recipe
2 chopped carrots (big chunks)
3 potatoes (quartered or sliced)
1 celery stick (3″ pieces)
1 bay leaf
1 can of mushrooms
1 pack of onion soup mix (sprinkled on top)
1/2 cup of water
cook on low for 6-8 hours
or if you have to
cook on high for 3-4 hours
